You have BIG goals but you can’t reach or sustain them when your body is under stress.  Stress can come in many forms.  One common form of stress is over-working; another stressor is a poor diet; for others it could be exposure to too many chemicals.

When our body is too stressed, we aren’t able to push to achieve goals and then actually sustain that next level of performance.  I’m here to help you make the big impact you desire to make.  That means we need to address the stress in your life and how your body is responding to it.

The stressor we’re talking about today is called body burden.  In case that’s a new term to you, body burden is the concentration of chemicals in your body at any one given moment.

Some of us have a much higher tolerance to chemicals than others, but all benefit by reducing them where we can.

How can you reduce body burden? My two favorite ways to do this are:

– whole food reset cleanse (internal)
– toxin free products (external)

When we improve our body’s ability to handle stress, we are better able to live in a state of embodied momentum which allows us to play bigger and achieve greater impact in our work and lives.

One way I’m looking forward to reducing chemical exposure is through continuing to use clean beauty products and share them with you.  I’m so excited to become a toxin-free advocate for clean beauty this month!

On average a woman in the US uses 12 products or roughly 168 ingredients each day.  In the EU over 1300 chemicals are banned but in the US only 30 are banned in cosmetic products.

Each day we apply these they build and contribute to the overall body burden we feel.

When our bodies resources are tied up trying to process these chemicals it keeps us from playing bigger and ultimately making the impact we came here to make.
