In this episode, I dive into my journey to find mindfulness practices, the benefits of a consistent practice, and a fun challenge we’ll be doing in the Pledge community in May to establish a regular practice that’s unique to you!


Mindfulness is a way to be in partnership with your body, better understand her, reduce stress, regulate your emotions, increase creativity, and decrease pain to name a few.

I did not grow up with these tools and they would have been SO unbelievably helpful when I was facing depression and anxiety.

When we are running a million miles a minute (on our way to burnout) the last thing it feels like we can do is slow down and take some time to meditate.

There are so many benefits to a consistent 5-10 minute practice – it does not have to be 30 minutes to an hour.

Also, there are so many different ways to practice mindfulness if sitting still for 10 minutes feels like the absolute worst thing in the world to you.
