How’d I discover these tools? I’m a highly sensitive person and the outside worlds input often puts my nervous system on overdrive. Pair that with an unmanaged mind and negative self-talk and it lead to years of anxiety, panic attacks, and depression as a teenager.
It’s been my mission since to find simple tools to self-soothe in high-stress moments and ways to reduce the overall stress on the body so it can focus on what it does best – HEAL.
