Everything is recorded and available in the portal. The weekly practices are self-paced, you choose when you press play. The calls add depth, but the practices work completely on their own. 10 minutes is always enough to start.

Yes. VIBE is an internal visualization practice first and listening to your body, not performing for anyone. The movement serves as a tool to help move energy and express yourself, but is powerful still with limited mobility. Members have done these practices seated, in bed, in their car (not driving). The movement follows you, you don't follow the movement.
