About Kristen Williams:
Kristen Williams is currently enjoying her life in Charleston, SC where she works as a Producer for personal development events with leading names in the industry.
On her journey, Kristen found she had been living a life of not accepting her true self. Since that time, she’s been on a powerful journey of healing her relationship with self.
Kristen now assists other young women with similar stories and is currently working on a set of strategies called “Hush, Girl” with a series of techniques to go from self sabotage to self-mastery. Her desire is to teach women techniques on how to recognize and ignore the voice that critiques and tears down, and rather, step into a more confident, stronger, and powerful self.
