Meet Your Workshop Hosts

Shari Biery

As a veteran military spouse for over 20 years, I have had what I like to call a “curvy” employment history that included being a registered respiratory therapist, “professional” volunteer, administrative assistant, financial analyst and a project coordinator. 

Along the way, there were 10 moves with overseas assignments and deployments, multiple job changes, raising 2 awesome kids and having a supportive husband to help battle with the stressful lifestyle.

But in doing all this, I let myself fall off my priority list and was left feeling exhausted and burnt out. It started to show up in my health and I knew it was my wake up call. I now use the lessons I learned firsthand, as well as everything else I’ve learned along the way, to help women just like you learn to give yourself permission to live a full and happy life.

It may not seem possible right now. I know. I’ve been there. But it was a single step forward that changed my life forever–are you ready to take that step too?

Samantha Schmuck

As someone who lost my health at 12 years old, I’m passionate about sharing tools to reconnect you to your body to feel your best from within.

I learned a hard but powerful lesson at a young age. Without our health, life becomes VERY limited. It’s a daily challenge and the physical is only one small part. The mental obstacles no one else sees when you’re struggling physically are enormous.

But what’s beautiful is our bodies are resilient and always working to heal themselves. When we can understand the root cause, remove stressors from our lives, and become empowered advocates of our journey’s – we shift the tides back in our favor.

After being left to my own devices from doctors, I spent 7 years stuck and hopeless that it could EVER get better for me. I’m here to share that no matter how dark it gets during seasons of our life, there is always hope that it can and will get better with the right support, tools, and internal commitment to keep going!
