Frequently Asked Questions About the VIBE Membership
10 minutes per day.
The weekly done for you practices are 1-2 songs each. Every week you'll receive 3 new practices specific for morning, afternoon, or evening. The intention is for you to pick one of these per day depending on your schedule, mindset, and energy needs.
Each month you have the option to join us for:
- Intention setting (30-60 minutes on the 1st)
- The VIBE Lounge (up to an 1 hour on 4th Friday)
Additionally, inside the VIBE Tribe, you'll have access to replays with guest teachers that are 90-minutes any time you want to go deeper with your self-care and the specific modalities they share like: somatics, breath work, thetahealing, unlocking the power of your voice, and more!

You can still create a powerful VIBE experience using a seated practice and leaning on the visualization components. While I was moving through seasons of intense chronic pain this was my go-to way to practice and release emotions!
A strong internet connection and your preferred way to access Zoom for our monthly intention setting and VIBE Lounge calls. If you have a desktop or laptop computer this is ideal for screen size and chat participation, but is not necessary. You can access and do everything you need to do from a smart phone or tablet that can access the internet. A Facebook account is required to connect with your VIBE Tribe community, but is not needed to participate as a whole!
