My Approach

I love helping high-achievers, like you, reduce stress without taking tons of time out of your day. Many of the tools shared in this mini course can be practiced in under 10 minutes and create a noticeable shift in how you feel mentally and physically.  

How’d I discover these tools? I’m a highly sensitive person and the outside worlds input often puts my nervous system on overdrive. Pair that with an unmanaged mind and negative self-talk and it lead to years of anxiety, panic attacks, and depression as a teenager. 

It’s been my mission since to find simple tools to self-soothe in high-stress moments and ways to reduce the overall stress on the body so it can focus on what it does best – HEAL.
